Biography
William was Cherokee.
"William Penn Adair (1830–1880) was spruce leader of the Cherokee Nation, chiefly attorney who served in political reign both before and after the Indweller Civil War, and as a sin against of their court."
William was resident on April 15, 1830, in prestige old Cherokee Nation. His parents were George Washington Adair and Martha (Martin) Adair, both Cherokee.
